St. Petersburg Administration has announced an open tender for window cleaning in Smolny. The cost of washing of dirty windows is one million forty four thousand rubles.
The cleaning service provider will have to clean the windows twice a year - in spring (April-May) and in autumn (September-October).
In addition, the winner will have to clean the Smolny gallery glass at least 40 times a year. It's square is 205 square meters.
The total area of the windows in Smolny amounts to 9,450 square meters.
