Today in Moscow Central Clinical Hospital relatives, friends and public of well-known economist and politician Yegor Gaidar paid him last respects.
At this time the St. Petersburg democratic community held a civil ceremony in memory of Mr. Gaidar. It was held at the square named after Andrei Sakharov.
Participants of the civil funeral rites, the entire democratic community of St. Petersburg express sincere and deepest condolences to the relatives and friends of Mr. Gaidar, his friends and associates.
As was reported earlier the body of Yegor Gaidar will be cremated.
